FM problem

Anytime that i'm trying to to go to fm my char get stuck and it stuck my pc ether plus i can never log in with this char agian.
can you tell me what should i do?

Ok, u can get into our website which are

login ur id, and then go to cpanel, where u can select Fix ur id.
