I downloaded everything needed to play the game but every time I start it the start screen (not the sign in screen) pops up and when i press start it downloads Game Guard and then doesn't do anything i was also need to know how to redirect the IP address

u try download the client without penguin in our download section...that 1 is localhost through our server

And Then Download This SilenceNightMS Loader (http://www.mediafire.com/?nok3mnr0jyu)
Extract The Loader Inside The V0.62 Files When u Install/Put

Done the upside step and then click the SilenceNightMS then can play le~
If u wan to go the new map and saw the new skill/item Click the link to download

Open The Files With Winrar and then Extract it on the desktop
After That Open ForceStory on your desktop and Select All and then copy(here is the picture for refer)

and then paste into V0.62files (where u put it with the SilenceNightMS loader)

Straight extract to V0.62files
Then ok le~
